Once your goods have been delivered we'll send an email or call with the time and who signed for the goods, within 5 minutes of delivery. A copy of the POD can be scanned to you later that day for your records.
Rest assured that when our courier collects your goods you'll be covered up to £10,000. You will be required to tell us the value of your goods, otherwise your goods will not be covered under our insurance.
We ask that you pack and label your goods to prevent any damage. Once your goods are collected they will stay on the same vehicle for the entire journey. You may need to palletise your goods for stability.
