Just been scammed too! They said that they would put us on the first page of Google in the champagne box at the very top! I agreed at £144 inc VAT. They also promised me that they would send be a contract to both my e-mail addresses that I provided to them. I had my suspicions soon after and contacted my bank to have the amount refunded as a dispute....lets see if the scammers (Neu Era Marketing Ltd) contact me again? I have also cancelled my debit card as the scammers have been known to debit again after 30 days. Please also call Trading Standards and Fraud Watch.....

I unfortunally agreed to 30 trial in Jan 2011. Had so many problems and rude staff that I cancelled it over the phone on several occassions. It wasn't cancelled had to cancel my card to stop it wherby today got a call from someone claiming to be a debt collector with no name or himself or his company (beleive it was Neu Era Marketing Ltd) using bully boy tatics. They are not a nice company or people. BE WARNED

I will not give them any sort of value,service,quality... They are a big scam, but like all the rest of these reviews, here i will only say i've had the same done to me only recently. I'm on the verge of going to watchdog maybe they will get my money back, I told them i'll have them plastered all over the papers and tv, they said I shouldn't do that to a PR company cause they could harm my business haha go for it:) I'm awaiting, you can't get people to the top page on google so how the hell will you ruin any business lmao........ No quality in a company that can't get you what they promise, there full of bulls***e, cheers

Rude, aggressive telephone calls

We are TPS listed but they rang us up. We said not to call please, they rang again immediately and we said we didn't take unsolicited marketing calls. They then rang a further 5 times and if we answered they out the phone down. 7 calls in 7 minutes and a horrible, aggressive approach. Don't touch this bunch with a barge pole.

These company are dispicable, preying on new SME's and offering BS services. When we called to ask what the hell they were meant to be offering, as they had never once called us to link the analytics account or anything, they started swearing at us, shouting down the phone, telling us to stay out of their business before hanging up the phone. During the call, I could hear another woman in the background in the middle of a similar argument and later in the call heard someone in the background saying "£55 is way to cheap, try £200" It angers me because they purposely call new business or non-tech related businesses who are more likely to believe they lies. They know nothing about Google Adwords but dress it up with pretty lies. We're advising our client to cancel the card for now (as they kept taking payments) and to see them in court. I can't believe this has not been highlighted as a criminal case yet!

I had a particularly bad experience with Neu Era Marketing. I enjoyed reading the other comments. It seems clear that they left the last comments all on the same day in order to dispute all of the poor reviews that they clearly deserve. My experience: they called me even though I am on the no call list. They promised me on the top of google for 5 keywords for a month. At all times I could check and make sure I was on top of the page for the keywords I chose. This price was £100 plus vat. I wasn't sure. They upped it to 8 keywords and vat was included in the £100. I still wasn't sure. They offered me a money back guarantee for the first month if at anytime I wasn't happy with the service claiming they knew I would like the service and wanted to keep me on board for several months and just wanted me to try them out. I figured it was risk free so why not give it a try. My add campaign was supposed to be up within 48 hours. They billed me the £100 and then nothing happened. After over 48 hours, nothing happened whatsoever. I called and asked for my refund. My experience is if a company lets you down immediately, then they will continue to do so. In the beginning companies always want to make a good impression. After they had my credit card details they didn't care anymore. I called and asked for a refund. The sales representative DW (his initials) told me they didn't give refunds. I reminded him that he promised me a refund if at anytime I was unhappy with the service. Since I never got any service of any kind and I was promised it risk free I expected a full refund. He told me know we will get your plan over to you right away. I said no I want a full refund. He hung up on me. I called a few days later saying I hadn't received my refund. I went through the whole we don't give refunds, I told them I was promised one, then they said fine and I was told they lost the transaction. I then had to send them my bank statement to show them it went t

This place is horrible! They will tell you anything to get your credit card details. I was told I would be given a lower price, extra keywords, and a money back guarantee. The marketing was supposed to be up in 2 days. I called them after two days and they hadn't done anything. My experience tells me if you get overlooked in the beginning by a company its only a glimpse of what is to come. I called and canceled they said no we will get that going for you. I said no I want to cancel and they kept running me the run around. They claimed they don't give refunds. Finally they agreed. Then I waited. No refund. I've now called 5 times about my refund and I get different answer of yes we will do that right away. Only after I had to give them the details of the transaction because they lost it. Then I had to call again and give them my credit card again cause they lost that. Other times they don't call back at all. Another time I was hung up on because I told them their service was unacceptable. They don't call back and don't return emails. They never provided me with any service at all and charged me £100. They are thieves. Do not trust a word these fast talkers say. Also you will see their addresses are registered all over the place. Who knows where this scam of a company actually operates from. STAY AWAY AND BEWARE OF THE NEU ERA MARKETING SCAM!!!

Not worth one star

I was contacted by this company, promised a deal and then got the worst service ever. First they overcharged me by £27.50 - the deal was one month for £90.00 including VAT. They charged £117.50. After speaking (finally) to the salesperson, he promised to sort out a refund. I was refunded £10.00. Then the promised paperwork with my 8 key phrases didn't arrive, neither did the advert appear. On complaining again, the original salesperson promised to have my ad up and running by mid-day. it was but with an embarrassing spelling mistake and I'd been allocated just 5 key phrases. Enough is enough - I tried to cancel - and am still waiting for my refund . Just about to change my debit card details before they take another month's money! DON'T GO THERE IS MY ADVICE

Avoid Neu Era Marketing like the plague!

If I could give less than a star I would. Neu era marketing review should be negative stars. Complete scam artists. Very pushy and say anything to get your credit details. I think they are the same company as Nation Wide Media Solutions. Essentially same logos, pulling the same scam with google adwords. They just have to keep changing the name of the company because they get such bad feedback.

SHARKS!!!

This company are real sharks. They called me pretending to be from Google Adwords (who I do have an account with so trusted them) offered me a sponsored link for my small business for £141 for a 30 day trial. Then called me on a different line which I should have been suspicious about (but it was all quite fast) to record them saying it was a rolling contract and me agreeing to a trial. I realised at the end of the call that i felt duped in some way but couldn't put my finger on it so I google them and found many people who had had their money stolen by this company. I cancelled straight away. I got them to write me an email confirming it was cancelled which they did. But then a month later they took another £141. I called them and they said it would be returned to me. I am still waiting to see it and in a few days it will be another month and I am concerned i another payment will come out. Its quite difficult to stop them it seems.
