COWBOYS -ZERO STARS
BUNCH OF COWBOYS Booked an emissions test, arrived at garage this morning, waited an hour and a half paid over £50 when I asked where the omissions results were they informed me they hadn,t done an emissions test, I asked why not when that is what I booked it in for, they said if I could wait they would do a test. I waited half an hour, they then informed me that they couldn't start my car and therefore couldn't do the test. They then told me they closed at one, they closed the garage leaving me stranded 20 miles from home with a non running car. Thank goodness for the AA DO NOT TRUST THIS GARAGE WITH YOUR CAR I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

NEV'LL FIXED IT FOR ME.
FROM THE TIME YOU TURN UPTO THIS GARAGE YOU CAN SEE THEY HAVE A WIDE SPAN OF VEHICLES THAT ARE WORKED ON, I DROP MY CAR OFF ON THE WAY TO WORK & COLLECT IT AT THE END OF WORK. SPECIALISING IN ELECTRICAL DIAGNOSTIC WORK & REPAIRS WITH BOSCH RECOGNITION. I FOUND THIS INDEPENDANT HAS A MAJORITY OF THE MAJOR MAIN DEALER DIAGNOSTIC COMPUTERS REQUIRED FOR FIXING MOST CARS AND VANS. NEV'LL FIX IT HAVE BEEN TRADING FOR SOME 20 YEARS AND HAVE GROWN TO BE A IMPRESSIVE SIZE. PRICING IF FOUND FAIR, MAYBE NOT THE CHEAPEST BUT AS MANY OF US SAY, YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET AND GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I HAVE FOUND IN THE PAST BY VISITING OTHER GARAGES WASTED EFFORTS AS THEY ARE UNABLE TO HELP DONT HAVE THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT, MY CARS OF THE ROAD FOR A DAY TO BE TOLD IT STILL IS NOT FIXED, HOW FRUSTRATING, TAKING YOUR CAR TO A GARAGE WHO CANT FIND THE FAULT, IT SOON PUTS DOUBTS IN YOUR MIND. NEV'LL FIX IT CAN LOAN FREE COURTESY VEHICLES WHILE YOURS IS UNDER REPAIR SO I HAVE NO WORRIES IF MY CAR WILL NOT BE READY FOR END OF DAY COLLECTION, I WAS KEPT INFORMED WITH ANY DELAY'S AND ALSO KEPT UPTO DATE WITH PROGRESS ON MY WORK. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE AS THE ONLY GARAGE IN TONBRIDGE TO MOT, SERVICE & MAINTAIN MY VEHICLE.
