We provide objective and independent psychometric assessment and selection advice to aid an organisation's development, coaching and succession planning programmes and recruitment and selection procedures. We design bespoke testing and evaluation processes (individual assessments, assessment centres, development centres), review and validate existing procedures and ensure recruitment and selection practices adhere to UK and current European Equal Opportunities legislation. We also specialise in executive and business coaching, working closely on a one-to-one basis with our coachees as well as providing group coaching programmes wherever appropriate. We help organisations manage their mental health and wellbeing processes.
