Lying Thieves - DO NOT USE
I can't even give a star at all. This company are rude, lying theives. They quote one price then demand more at the destination. This is just unacceptable from drivers who no doubt pocket the cash and don't pay income tax and National Insurance. You wouldn't go to a shop then be asked to pay more than the price! When the driver was told that he wouldn't get more than was quotaed, he called the police, who unbelievably said he had to be paid what he asked. How can this be right? This is an abuse. The police have no idea of cab fares! If the driver was not paid the extra then it is an offence!!!! Beware, this is a scam used by drivers to rob customers. Please alert everyone you know.

Nasty Company
I just wanted to say that this company is unprofessional.Drivers are rude,office lying about the time they rich the place.One time i order a cab and wait 45 min,another time driver say to me that he cant get to the tube station and i have to walk a half mile and carry the shopping to get in the car.When finally he rich the tube start swearing on me and my friend.And tell as to get of from the car. We call to the office and they not even apologized.We are regular costumers order cab every day and they not appreciate that.Really crap company cant recommended.

dear sir i am a experience controller looking for work as a controller or to work on the telephones taking bookings i have work nights for the last 7 years. before that a good 5 years as a drive . i have worked for fleetline for 3 years as a drive interline for 3 years as a driver and 4 years as a controller amac for 18 months taking bookings i have lived in harrow all my life and know the area well yours john barrow
