Holistic therapy considers the complete person, mind, body and spirit and provides a caring and non-invasive treatment. Both physical and emotional wellbeing depends upon the balance and flow of energy through the body. Holistic therapy helps to restore this balance allowing the body to heal itself naturally, whilst at the same time aiding relaxation and increasing energy levels. Stress is the most common factor for causing a negative effect on our health and can be significantly reduced by holistic treatment.
