A great experience at New ID
I was generally very happy with my makeover and photoshoot with New ID. I was slightly shocked to see the price of the photographs but I had found this information on the website before I went so once I was there I knew what I was in for. I also found it rather surprising that it takes weeks on end to get the photos to you once the experience was done but that is about the only two things that I think have some sort of room for improvement. The rest of the experience was very good indeed and I thought the staff to be quite exceptional. The customer service team were marvelous both before and after the makeover and photoshoot and I cannot fault the friendliness of the service or the talent that both the lady that did my makeup, the hair stylist and the photographer demonstrated. I would certainly use New ID again and would not hesitate to recommend to others. I would also further like to note that their cosmetic range is more than a little impressive and a lot more affordable than the photographs.

Loved New ID
I completely loved my New ID makeover it was fantastic, the quality was out of this world and for the small amount of money that I paid for it I have to say that it was way better than I expected. The quality of the makeup is off the scale, I had no idea that they had their own products and was so impressed with them and brought loads of them, it has really improved my look along with the sort of semi makeup lesson that you get as part of this deal. It is not exactly a makeup lesson and that is not how the advertise it but the makeup woman is so good she tells you everything you need to know about makeup application and you do learn a great deal from it. The other big plus of course is the hair. I have used Burlington's before so I knew they were going to be good, they have a great reputation and I was certainly not disappointed. The photo shoot was way more fun than I thought it was going to be and I was really impressed with the use of lights and props and the pictures would not have left anybody disappointed. I can't highly enough of this company, and I know anybody would enjoy it. Another thing to mention here is that they don't play the hard sales game!

New ID were good for me
I had a wonderful makeover with New ID and did not experience any problems with the experience at all. I loved the staff who were all very friendly, happy and smiley and seemed to be enjoying being there as much as myself and the rest of the customers that were there that day were. The lady that did my hair suggested a style that I would never have considered before and it really suits me, she obviously knows what she is doing and I have had that many comments on how great my hair is looking and how great I am looking I am so glad that I took her advice. The make-up lady was the same, she did a make-up style that I have never used before, it made me look a lot younger and I have been using the techniques that she taught me that day ever since and like my hair I have had many many compliments on it. The photo session was a lot of fun and not at all nerve racking like I thought it was going to be. The photographer was lovely and she made me feel very relaxed and happy and she got some seriously good pictures of me as well. I did not find any hard sales tactics and felt happy and comfortable at all times. The pictures took six weeks to turn up, they were perfect and very reasonably priced to boot. New ID get my seal of approval.

New ID
I loved my Fashion makeover with New ID, I had so much fun, the staff were great and made it a very special day for me. I loved the makeup they did on me and I really liked the way that they put a little chart together for you with what they put where so you can do it yourself if you want to when you get back. I was going to buy more of the photos but decided to reduce the number by one so I could buy some of the really amazing cosmetics, I get on really well with them and I am looking forward to adding to my makeup box by buying more of them online. Like the makeovers themselves they are very cheap, the pictures are not but they are still good value for money. I think back with great memories to my makeover and have been looking a lot more glamorous since I went there. The pictures are on my wall and look utterly amazing and everybody that has seen them loves them and half the people have booked in themselves so to me that says it all.

really good day
I had a really good time at New ID. It went on a bit I was not expecting to be there for as long as I was but they told me they were a makeup lady down so things got a bit bottle neck in the middle of the day, I would not really have minded that much if there had been something to eat because I got really hungry, in the end I had to go out and get a sandwich but I felt pretty dumb because I had heaps of makeup on to make up for the bleaching effect of the lights, it might just have been me but I felt like everybody was just staring at me and I felt daft. But that was the only part of it that I didn't like, the rest was great, the staff were busy but they were still friendly and they said sorry time and time again for all of the waiting about, I got lots of free drinks and I thought the price of the voucher was so cheap when you think what has to go into the makeover there is a lot to it and I do think that you get a lot for your money even though the pictures are not that cheap they are very good quality and I am sure you would pay that for pictures now matter where you went. All I can say is that I have recommended this company to others that had a good time as well and I was really happy with it and would go again if the need took me

New ID
Contrary to other reports I have read in other reviews on other sites that say that New ID force people into buying pictures, I have to say that I didn't get any of that from them when I went there and has a fashion makeover that I would also like to mention was very good value at its original price and even better as I got a special deal of the New ID website that made it frankly unbelievable value. I was really over the moon with the level of service I got fro New ID, I was expecting it to be a bit chaotic having read several reviews that stated that there was so much waiting around and it was always packed. I thought the staff were lovely and they went out of there way to make me feel very comfortable and they did a marvelous job of turning me into what I can only describe a diva! I looked so much more beautiful in the pictures than I ever imagined possible and having already worked out how much the pictures were on the website I was not in for any surprises on the day and they actually gave me a free print and a better deal than I was expecting so I have nothing bad to say about this company that went above and beyond the all of my expectations and I mean that in terms of both customer service and in terms of the quality of the makeover and indeed the products used. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anybody and would use them again in the future without a shadow of a doubt.

Very good makeover

I lvoed New ID
I loved the photos that I had taken at New ID, there were so many different ones it was awfully hard to choose between them, for such a tiny room there are so many great things going on in the photographic studio, there were lots of different backgrounds and some really great props. I was really impressed with the way they managed to get it all in and I loved having my picture taken, normally I am really shy but under these circumstances it was really good fun and I felt very confident because I was very happy with the hair and the makeup they did for me, they made me look really pretty and I felt great about it. The cost of the makeover is extremely reasonable and even though the pictures are not cheap you can make them really affordable by taking the role over deal. I am not sure that they do it all the but on quite a few of the makeover deals if you deposit photo purchase money before you go the company will match it so you get twice what you pay for. I am very happy to recommend New ID I loved it, the team are ultra friendly, the booking is easy, all the information you need is on the website and it is a great deal all round.

Great time at New ID
I had a really great time with New ID who did a well above average makeover for me, i know this because I have previously had a makeover with another company and it was rubbish in comparison. The other company did a look for me that I think was loosely based on a clown, New ID did a stunning job of doing a smokey eye sultry look and taught me how to achieve that look as well and put it all down on a chart for me and amazingly i have been able to get the look myself at home. The photo session was a lot of fun and the photographer made me feel really comfortable. The pictures came out really well, they were great quality and composition wise and the staff were lovely and did not put me under any pressure to buy, I am very happy to recommend this company
