BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Anyone looking at houses DONT use new lease group leyland! Absolutely sham of a company!!!! .. went to view a house last night .. waited outside for half an hour, only for no one to turn up to show me the property! Rang them up this morning to see what they could do about this as I was very Dissapointed .. They said 'one of our staff members left you a voice mail yesterday .. which the did NOT!' .. Then they had the cheek to say..' well did you ring to confirm your booking an hour before hand?' because I had asked them why no one had sent me a confirmation email. Well .. I said 'no one asked me to ring an hour before hand' .. only for her to argue the fact that the member of staff would have told me this as she has worked there for 7 years! Basically calling me a liar and being very rude with me! .. so I told her .. I'm going to spread the word about how bad there company is! What happened to the customer is always right? ridiculous customer service!
