We had AJ come round and fit our blinds for the conservatory. The price was good, the service was excellent and he arrived on time when he said he would. He was extremely polite and professional, cleaned up after himself and the quality of the work was brilliant. Not sure how many people work for this company but it seems we got the best one!

Blinds
After been recommended by friends of ours,we decided to use them. They came round and measured front window,quoted a price and we were happy at that. After 3weeks my husband ended up phoning them to find out when they were coming he gave us five different dates. None of which happened. My husband phoned again and told them to drop the blinds off and we would fit them ourselves. He came Friday evening late I might add dropped them off and left. We put the blinds up only to discover we were 10 lats short. We phoned him and he said that he would drop them off sat morning.....which he did not. Another phone call from myself and he told me Monday after 12. We are still waiting now. We have had no contact from him. I will give him till tomorrow and if not he can have his blinds back I want a full refund and I won't be recommending him to anyone as he is so unprofessional

After service is a disgrace
I had the whole house done by Karmen who owns the company,had nothing but faults from start to finish,nevr supplied clips,blind fell down,and now the worst is that my sons cots is side of the window in the bedroom and the retaining clip that holds the blind up sprang off on it's own thru night just missing my sons head,I have been ringing and texting this ignorant guy who has totally blanked me for a month after he said he was coming but kept letting me down and not even a courteous call to say he was busy or whatever,I would strongly say to anyone NOT to use this company as he just wants your money and I will be taking this further he is a disgrace to be in business STAY WELL CLEAR

i rang on the mon he came on the monday and fitted i paid for them on the thurs i chose the cheapest blind as i in rented acc and i will be going back to him for the slat for the winter season creat price fantastic customer services was abs great and the product is also very very good

nice blinds very bad customer service ,waiting since july for completion. dont pay unless completed ,i even sent letter from trade standards still no reply.
