after six months work out
Disssatified with results after several health centre memberships I joined the New Physique Gym. A very thorough induction and continual dietary advice. Extemely friendly atmosphere. The instructors continually monitor and advise. I am extremely happy with my physical shape since training with New Physique, to the point where people comment and women ask where I train. I have lost 3 inches from my waistline, my hips are slim, my rear is tight, my overall shape is toned and fit. All I can say regarding Marie C's comment is that she did not work at it. Regular exercise and healthy eating and you will attain the body shape you desire. Lastly the changing rooms are heated and the lockers do have keys. Kris J.

after one year review
The gym and the changing room are terribly cold (so no shower after the session) and there are not lockers with key so you can not leave your bag in there. There is no running machine working. I was disappointed with the results – I did not loose weight although I follow the diet advises but I definitely got bigger and couldn't fit into my favourite jeans and that was not my goal.
