I'm Joe Mc Anelly and I started Hypnotherapy Newcastle over 37 years ago. I've spent the vast majority of my life, even before starting with hypnosis, helping people in one way or another. So hypnotherapy was a natural progression for me.

Around 38 years ago I discovered hypnotherapy almost by accident. At first, like many other people, I was very dubious of hypnotherapy and didn't believe that anything, or anyone, could change my thinking in this way. Regardless, I began using hypnotherapy and was surprised with the changes I achieved in a relatively short space of time.

From then on I decided that hypnosis was what I wanted to do and so I started to study it and see how I could help other people achieve the same things I had.

For the past 37 years, I have no been helping people in the Newcastle and North East area, to overcome problems or issues they may be having, through hypnotherapy. I can help with a wide number of different things including anger management, anxiety, confidence, depression, feeling low, phobias, public speaking, smoking, stress, weight loss, panic attacks, drug and alcohol abuse, flying and so much more.
