Newscar Property Management is headed By Philip White BSc (Hons) MRICS and he is dedicated to first class customer service within the property industry. Philip has over 15 years experience in all sectors of the property industry having worked for 9 years in commercial property development and asset management having held a number of senior roles with some of the UK's largest property companies, including: Scarborough Group International, Teesland IOG PLC, Forsyth Business Centre's PLC, Ashtenne and Warner Estates PLC.
In 2005 Philip set up Newscar Property Co Ltd which develops and refurbishes residential property across the North East and North Yorkshire,
In 2009 Philip added to the Newscar brand when he launched Newscar Lettings on the back of experiencing poor service levels from his then managing agents. The business has been built on a personal and friendly service with good levels of customer service for both Landlord and Tenant as both parties are as important as each other in the lettings relationship.
