I thought I'd give this Salon as go as it has been based on the High Street for a while and I fancied a change. I am 30 and like to have a modern, easy to manage style, so I requested Gaynor Newton, the owner to carry out a simple cut, to trim my fringe and take 1" off the rest of my hair, straight cut, no layers - that's not what I got. I have the worst cut I have ever had! I have had to even my fringe out myself, it had been hacked. Also, the left side is shorter than the right and the back is uneven, the side are around 1 1/2" shorter than the back, total hairloss 3"! How an experienced Hairdresser can get a simple cut so wrong is shocking. I'm just relieved I don't have a layered cut, going to have to waer my hair tied up until it has grown back to a level where it can be evened out, going to take about 4 months. Gutted, gutted, gutted! Thanks very much, Gaynor.
