Poor customer service
Had semi permanent lashes put in at a cost of £40. Was told that they would last weeks. After day 3 they started to fall out and by the end of day 7 I was forced to pull the remaining ones out as they had got so patchy. I did everything that I was meant to ie wear no eye make up etc etc. For the 3 days they were at their fullest they were absolutely fantastic and I did go on to recommend them to a friend with the warning not to expect them to last as long as they say. Sometime later when I went into the salon again I mentioned it to the owner who appeared disinterested in good customer service and offered no compensation whatsoever. So all in all BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and I will definitely not be using or recommending them again.
