dont know what they doin
im suprised there arnt more reviews on here i paid these people £100 pound holding fee. nealy 2 weeks had passed and these people did not seem in a rush to speed the letting process up and when ever i phoned the person i needed to talk to was always out, anyway it ended up that the land lord pulled out and they are now refusing to pay me my holding fee ? why i ask as it not my fault they cant give me a honest answere. i wouldnt recomend going with these as they just want your money, and to top things off they even took me to view propertys what had already been let and just walking in like they were empty not profesional eh? now ive found somewhere to live with another estate agent and guess what? i move in 2 weeks now thats a profesional for you, sorry this so long but people need to know these things

Unbelievably unprofessional.
My property was fully managed by Nicholas Humphreys for 12 months, during that time there were two different tenants. Before, during and after each tenant moved in/out NH managed to mess up everything they had any input into. They went months without paying me, when a tenant was living there. It was marketed extremely badly in between tenants. They overcharged me double their finding fee and then denied it. But the worst, by far, is their ability to manage. There isn't enough space here to explain it all. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, not even my enemies. I have since moved companies after a very stressful final three months.
