Helped my OCD
I suffer with OCD and have done for 34 yrs .Nick has helped me be calmer and so helps reduce the debilitating effects the OCD sometimes has one my life.Plus his help has increased my mental strength at coping with all the OCD incidents that happen through every minute of the day.He does this to help people and he has helped me so give him a call.

Helped Cure My Fear Of Flying
Although initially sceptical, I sought Nick's help to cure my fear of flying. Simply put, 2 sessions with Nick gave me enough self belief and the right mental tools to confront my fear and enjoy my first family holiday abroad ever. I cannot thank (or recommend) him enough

Excellent Hypotherapy
Nick Brunger offers a thorough and comprehensive treatment service. Very professional, unhurried and caring. I saw him primarily for problems in the recovery process of addiction and anxiety. The treatment was a great help and I still listen to the cd's he provided me with to re-enforce the 'message' when necessary. I thoroughly recommend him.

Nick's help with weight problems and visits to the dentist
A friend of mine recommended Nick as he had successfully treated her for fear of flying. My weight problem had led to decades of dieting and putting it all back on again. Nick gave me the tools to fundamentally change my relationship with food long-term. I am much more relaxed about food and have learned to listen to my body. I feel confident that I shall achieve my goals over time. Very recently Nick also helped me with a particularly difficult visit at the dentist. This only required one session and success was instant. I can highly recommend Nick and his kind and professional manner ensures that his clients are completely put at ease.
