The salon is manager owned by Nicol, who has over 20 years experience in the beauty industry. In 2008 Nicol opened Nicol's Beautique Beauty Salon in Tilehurst Reading, which quickly established itself as the leading salon in the local area. In 2013 the Salon moved into larger premises, significantly expanding capacity, allowing Nicol's Beautique to offer a larger range of treatments and improved customer experience.

The salon offers a wide range of bespoke beauty treatments to the discerning customer throughout the local area of Tilehurst (Reading), specialising in Elemis skin care and Eminence organic skin care. The salon has three fully functional treatment rooms including a tanning room, sunbed room, pedicure and relaxation area.

Renowned for its professionalism and high standards, the new Salon won the Health & Beauty Reading Retail Awards 2016 and has received the prestigious Phorest 5* customer experience awards for three years running .

Nicol's passion for the beauty business, means she is constantly looking for innovative and original ways to improve the customer experience at Nicol's Beautique.
