Nikolas Building, Building Construction Contractors In Northampton

I have had a very unfortunate experience with this company. After calling up for a plumber to attend a rental property that I was managing, I was told that he would be there within 90 minutes and would see what the problem was. I was told that I would be called to authorise him carrying out any repairs, PRIOR to him doing the work. He didn’t call. He just turned on a switch and then charged my tenants (poor students) £240 to do it. I have reimbursed my students and have queried it. He has avoided my calls, emails and Facebook messages. Trading standards will be informed of this rogue trader if I don’t get a reply.
