First class company, appointment made arrived spot on time, measuring done and carpet laid within a week, will use this company again, they really know their carpets and can recommend what is the best one for your household. Staff 2nd to none Great friendly company that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone

Doesn't care about customer
Having visited the London show room, I was keen on a particular carpet. I made appointment for her to come around and measure the area. For the first appointment, she cancelled due to "back problems". I followed up with her Sales team and rescheduled. Left work early to be home. She just didn't show up and didn't even bother to contact me. Don't waste your time with this company. They probably have enough rich London customers to keep them in business.
