She specialises in various alternative therapies such as past life regression, crystal healing, treating trauma, anxiety states, and most psychosomatic illnesses. She is a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register, the British Holistic Medical Association, among others. She features in the media via radio & TV (SKY, BBC, Bravo) & gives workshops internationally on spiritual development & stress management. Sha appeared on a UK TV show for 2 years giving guidance and spiritual readings. She makes and annual appearance at Mind Body Soul in London, and holds workshops throughout the year. She has a best-selling series of CD's called the ‘Give Me' series on confidence, sleep, positivity & relaxation. She has been featured in major publications such as Zest, Pride & Chat:It's Fate.

Sha is one of the most noted and leading Holistic practitioners in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. She is a workshop leader and teacher, and has lectured at many societies and institutions in both psychological and spiritual development. She is a specialist in Past Life Regression. She is also a writer of many articles on anxiety and stress management and has presented and lectured at the James Braid Society in London, a specialist society for the advancement of Clinical Hypnotherapy.
