Do not use Noah Arks Bespoke Joinery

I ordered a bespoke french door late November 2014. I agreed a price, paid my deposit and Noah confirmed deliver on the 28th December, I heard nothing from him until I chased on the 20th December where I was told that due to injury the door will not be ready until mid January. Noah a further 2 visits to 're-measure', however I had the feeling that he has lost all his earlier measurements, The door was still not ready mid-Jan, so I was told the end of Jan. Door was still not ready end of Jan and I was told first week of Feb. By the 18th of February the door was built, however it had no lacquer and no locks. I simply could not wait any longer, so I instructed Noah to deliver my door incomplete. Noah refused to do this until I paid in full. I had to make full payment to received a door that was incomplete and almost 3 months after I ordered it. Poor service, from a poor company. I will never use them again.
