Not a good experience at Noble Heating

I called Noble heating over a month ago to do a gas oven and washing machine fit in my home. The oven fit went through quick and efficiently however the washing machine was another story. On the initial visit they couldn't complete the washing machine fit due to a missing part - fair enough, therefore booked another appointment for this to be done. The fitter could not attend until a week and a half later then cancelled twice. One cancellation 2 hours before arrival saying he didn't work evenings and it was inconvenient! Although this time was fine with him when booked and I altered my work pattern to be there for the appointment. He then asked me to leave my keys with a neighbour even though I kept telling him I didn't know my neighbor and was not comfortable doing this. He then advised it would be easier to find another fitter. Basically the first job was worth more to him than this smaller job so he couldn't be bothered to finish the work even though I was without a working washing machine for 1 month!
