About

WELCOME:

A collection of family homes situated in and around the sandy cove that is Nolton Haven. All the Self Catering Cottages are within The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and vary in size to accommodate up to 18 guests in up to 8 bedrooms. Most have full central heating with open coal/log fires and scenic views of the surrounding area.
Pets are welcome with some properties having enclosed child/dog proof gardens. From the village of Nolton Haven the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is easily accessible and within walking distance are the coastal villages and beaches of Newgale, Druidstone, Broad Haven, Little Haven, Solva and even Britain's smallest city St. Davids.
Most of the beaches mentioned have achieved the coveted blue flag status for cleanliness making them the ideal location for the whole family. Adventure weekends can be arranged both on and off season for varying activities, including Horse and Beach Riding, Surfing, Coasteering, Paintball, Fishing and Diving. There are also whale and dolphin sea trips, to name just a few of the many activities available locally. Helicopter and Light aircraft pleasure flights are available from nearby Haverfordwest airfield giving the opportunity to view this beautiful area from the air.

IN AND AROUND NOLTON HAVEN:

The little beach at Nolton Haven is a nice, sandy and sheltered cove with high cliffs on both sides. Next to the car park is The Mariners Inn which is open during the day in the summer season for drinks and lunch.
Plant fossils are found in large boulders and rocks at the base of the cliffs and, in some places, veins of coal can be seen. The shallow fall of the beach allows perfect swimming conditions for swimmers and children. During a high tide, sea fishermen can be seen on the pebble shore. The Druidstone: The house was the family home in 1972 when Rod and Jane Bell opened it to guests. Stone built around 1850 and substantially altered towards the end of the 1890's. The house stands in 20 acres of wild garden on the cliff above the safe, sandy beach of Druidston Haven. Children and pets are made welcome and the atmosphere encourages visitors to treat the place as a second home. Books and maps are available and there is plenty of information on the locality. The restaurant has been in the Good Food Guide consistently since 1974.
