Cider and Perry (or Pear Cider) maker. Made in the traditional style using fruit that's hand-picked from local Cheshire orchards. Pressed by hand in the autumn then left to ferment naturally over the winter. With no water or flavourings added, the cider naturally clears and is ready for drinking in the spring.
