Worst property management company we've ever used!
We used this agent for over three years and had consistently appalling service. It took more time to manage them than it would have done to manage the property ourselves (e.g. having to follow up every issue repeatedly, and even simple issues taking over six months to resolve because they just couldn't be bothered to provide a service) . Ironically they are one of the most expensive agents in their area. We have four rental properties and of all they agents we've used over many years, these are by far the worst. Avoid them at all costs, unless you want to spend more time managing them than the actual property would take you!
