Received a phone call the day before I arrived to ask my arrival time, never had one before (makes sense). When I arrived I was told I had been upgraded to a larger flat, as the people who booked the large flat said it was too big, so I accepted it. Clean and tidy on arrival, only down side no bin liner, beyond that first class, will be back
