shambles disgraceful service
after failing to keep appointments attend when no appointment made failed to turn up on second arranged appointment after i rang to confirm they were indeed coming and told yews they are on the way phoned back to complain told they had changed appointment and turned up 4 hours later they caused a leak on the toilet and said they would report it and a plumber would contact us 2 days later contacted them again to find out no report made all this is happening whilst the tenant is in hospital and family dealing with this live away from the property
