TMN Unprofessional & Cowboy locksmith
I had a problem with my patio door and found a local tradesman TMN Lockmith.I called the mobile number and spoke to Chris Bland.The locksmith attended my house on the same day to assess the damage/repair.He said he would return the following day to fix the problem.The following day he failed to attend.I called and left a voicemail.Over the next couple of weeks I called on numerous occasions and left messages and no-one returned my calls.2 weeks later someone answered the phone and apologised and arranged for the locksmith to return to my property.3 days later TMN Locksmith attended and the guy told me he couldn't fix the lock on the day and needed to order some parts.I called him subsequently that evening and he said he was still making enquiries about the parts.The following day I received the same response.2 weeks later I called him back as I did not want him to have ordered the part and for me to instruct another tradesman.I received no reply to my messages and on one occasion when I got through my call was dropped mid conversation.I am appalled by the unprofessional, dishonest and poor service I received.In addition the locksmith was trying to fleece me by stating I required new parts, which I later learnt was not the case. I decided enough is enough, with no lock on my patio door and my house not being secure for over a month I called GPM Locks.Michael Thistleton attended, he took apart the lock (Which TMN failed to do) he was able to service the gearbox and fix the door within an hour of being at the property.A truly professional service and I would recommend him to anyone in Northampton.

Prompt and reliable service
I was recently locked out of my home and was given TMN's number from a neighbor. They responded quickly and got me into my home fast. I was so glad they came out as quick as they did and I didn't pay as much as I thought I would. They are an amazing company with staff that are polite and understanding. Great service.
