Poor service and ignore your calls
I have been using this solicitors with regards a transfer of equity and I can only stress how disappointed I am with the service and poor attitude of the solicitor that has been dealing with my case. It has taken over 4 month and still the solicitor feels the need to drag her feet. I asked her to chase and sort out the transfer as it was now urgent and her shocking reply was " for gods sake". Several days later, I called the solicitor again and she admitted she had done nothing to chase or complete the transfer. I would never recommend this solicitors.
