As a Training Manager I prefer dealing with one training provider which then helps with provision of uniformity and consistency which impacts on the care to be delivered by the workforce as they would all be singing from the same hymn sheet. Training forms the basis of almost everything in Health and Care so it vital to have a provider that can meet our requirements and assist in providing not just a service but quality care to our users of the service. I have used a few providers before and following an evaluation with staffs that have approved Norvic Training Associates as their preferred Training Provider as most of their sessions are not just rich in content but very well presented in the simplest way that staff find easy to understand and would agree having sat in some of the sessions myself. The practical sessions are well broken down in stages that staff can easily follow and remember when putting them into practice and provision of information; handouts/booklets at the end of training is not just a bonus as staffs find them very useful for referencing and refreshing purposes. It is also nice having developed such a relationship to the point of feeling so confident that Norvic Training Associates will never let me down even where late bookings are concerned as they have always provided me with training on last minute basis and would never ask for more and another thing they come to us so that staffs receive training in the comfort of their own environment that they are familiar to. I would give credit to Norvic Training Associates as you can possibly have every required Statutory Mandatory Training under one roof with them not just covering Appointed Person First Aid but Fire Marshall Training, First Aid at Work and Fire Safety Training as well only to mention a few of the sessions that they deliver on both our annual refreshers and Induction Programmes.

In my roll as a local School Support Manager, overseeing H&S and all that it entails, I have had numerous occasions when I have required the services of Norvic Training; I personally undertook their 4-day HASW First Aid course in February of 2008. They have always proved polite and courteous, accurate and timely with their booking procedures and most supportive when providing information on course requirements. I would have no hesitation in employing their services in the future when additional members of staff require initial or reaccreditation.
