Great fun
I thought that I would feel rather intimidated when starting a self defense class but I was welcomed and taught at my own pace. The instructors are friendly and informed so now I feel like I have gained the confidence to protect myself whilst getting a brilliant workout. I would recommend Choi Kwang Do to anyone who wanted a challenge to push themselves and gain confidence through great teaching.

More than just a martial art, its a way of life
Choi Kwang Do is a very modern and forward thinking self defence system, the art has had heavy research done to help the student train to protect themselves and also keep active and fit at the same time.

Great for all ages
Norwich choi kwang do is a friendly group who makes everyone feel welcome, the lessons are easy to follow yet offer a combination of many differant things from drills to increase speed through to techniques to improve focus and yoga based stretching during warmups.
