Distracted driver.
Need to coach drivers on use of hand held devices, one of your drivers in a Volvo and trailer was using one blatantly heading north on the Harrogate Rd Wigton Lane crossing. Distracted driving is not acceptable, if this persists the residents will be calling for a weight restriction.
