Nottingham Innovation Centre Ltd is an established family run not for profit organisation that offers fully serviced quality offices for rent on a monthly terms arrangement. Rent, rates, heat, light, cleaning, waste disposal, car parking and reception for visitors is included. Virgin media and BT telephone points are located in most offices and can be connected by arrangement. We have security based in the building as well as external, internal CCTV cameras and movement detectors installed and monitored with 24 hour recording. The building is open from 6.30am to 10.30pm Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 8.00pm Saturday and Sunday with reception being manned from 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Innovation House is situated on the A612 at the junction of Meadow Lane, Manvers Street and Daleside Road, Nottingham - close to Lady Bay retail park and on the City Link 2 Bus Service (Poulton Drive stop) from city centre. The centre also has comfortable, light and airy conference rooms available for hire for training, meetings and presentations and can be hired by the day or week. One office available for daily hire ideal for meeting clients, interviews, etc.
