She is a UKCP accredited clinical psychotherapist and a registered counselling member of BACP.

We work with you as you learn how your body works during the weight loss process and we help you find the way that suits your unique mind and body system and one that fits in with your lifestyle.
All this is at a price that is less than you might think. Plans are between £30 and £70 per week, depending on height and other lifestyle factors.
