had to bind my dissertation and was really pushing the deadline, thought i might miss the deadline but eric at november express sorted me out in no time at all. tad pricier than at uni but for the speed and service it was completely worth it. looked top notch after as well

Fast, friendly, professional service, thanks
What a refreshing change to the usual print outlet. The staff knew exactly what to ask me and produced my print same day. My leaflets were great and cheaper, in price not quality, than expected. I also printed various course documents and appreciated the time allowed at the counter to compile them into books for binding. Will definitely use you again. JJ

We're sorry that you found our service unsatisfactory and that you were compelled to complain on the Touch Local site. It is common knowledge that when a document, especially a MS Word file if opened on a different PC to which is was created, there can be problems. This is why we print one copy first, for you to make sure it is correct before printing any more. With regard the binding, the order is written and worked out in front of you, on the counter. Last minute services do cost more, sorry!

Bad overall experience
First off, the printing. For some reason my documents came out messed up. Second, the binding. I specifically asked for one hardbound and one soft-bound and yet I got charged for 2 hardbound. The total came to a staggering 63.70 pounds. Talk about sucking my wallet dry! Geez.
