Our old dishwasher packed up on a Friday and I was a bit sceptical of the no fix no fee service on a Sunday, but I needn't have worried. Bruce arrived as promised and fixed the machine promptly and then ran it through a couple of cycles to make sure it was working. Unfortunately it stopped working again a few days later ( this is an old machine we have inherited so no idea of its past history!). Bruce came out again very quickly, removed the old machine and loaned us his spare so he can tinker with ours in his workshop and see if it can be salvaged. We were very impressed with this approach!. Number 1 offers an old fashioned personal service with very affordable rates. I have recommended them to my friends and neighbours.

When my washing machine decided to take a vacation, I had no idea of a repair place so searched online and I found Number 1 Washing Machine Repair Service. I can honestly say I have been extremely impressed with the perseverance (as my machine was very stubborn!) and professionalism shown by the service I have received.
