Useless, and unreliable
I called Nunthorpe heating and Plumbing for a couple of small jobs. One job was to fit a new sink tap, he eventually (after much complaining how complicated it was) managed to do this but not without instructions on how to fit it from me. Next job was to fix a toilet flush that was dripping water all the time. The first time we flushed the loo after he had 'fixed' it, the same problem was evident, I called him back and he eventually returned (a couple of days after he said he would) and he tried fixing it again. This time the water was gushing from the cistern and I had to isolate the water, so we couldn't use the downstairs wc. Repeated calls were ignored and I eventually had to get someone else in to fix the problem. Nunthorpe heating and plumbing charged me £40 to end up with a toilet that I couldn't use and I had to pay someone else to do the job properly. I even sent a recorded letter asking for my money back but it was also ignored, DO NOT EMPLOY THIS MAN, HE IS INCOMPETENT AND UNRELIABLE.
