Avoid at all costs
Totally disorganised and unprofessional. I have received a refund from Groupon for the canvas I ordered and never received but he never bothered to refund the p&p as promised. I don't know how he's still in business.

DO NOT USE - USELESS
I purchased 2 canvas prints from groupon back in january - had various emails asking for address and voucher codes (which i had sent with the order) then after that i was told one of my pictures was too small so i sent another and waited - days later was told again too small and then told the size i needed so i sent one at the correct size - heard nothing then got another email saying that my canvas was in the print run and should be with me shortly - this was at end of feb - still nothing - have emailed twice asking where they are and hear nothing til today when he has said he has been overwhelmed with orders and they should be sent out next week - not happy these were brought as valentines gifts and i purchased beginning of january and expected to wait 21 days so i had plenty of time but this is ridiculous - his emails are far from professional with rarely any greetings - hes got his money - around 50pounds fro me and what have i got to show for it - scammer!!!

Avoid at all costs
Giving one star is generous. If this is the same Ocean photo Services as the one I purchased 3 canvases off of from a Groupon deal then I highly recommend avoiding at all costs. 1 star is generous and thats only because I cannot give 0 stars. Poor customer service when your calls are answered, returned or emails responded to. Mike Chambers writes in text speak in his email communication which I find appauling, he took weeks longer than he should have to deliver what I requested and when it finally came through the order was wrong. Has he responded to my email pointing this out? No... He has my money and doesnt care that he messed my order up. I gave you your chance to resolve this Mike and now I am doing what every customer has the right to do and that is provide feedback to my service in the hope that others will avoid you and not be disappointed as I (and so many others from the looks of it on other review sites) have been.
