An excellent service
Octopus hair was recommend by a friend who is a long term customer, Having had the same mobile hairdresser for over 16years and not one who ever feels comfortable in salons, I was dubious, but due to the fantastic offers they regularly advertise and the most fab of all this one was a free trial for people with frizzy thick hair to leave with sleek well styled hair....surely not! But it worked. But what I liked most of all, was the warm friendly not forced atmosphere of the place. When I rebooked with my now stylist she listens to what I say and the first time as she was still training the owner & manageress on hand with any tips for the finished look. They are all such a friendly open group and easy to talk too which is essential with a hairdresser as anyone, who over the years has left a salon smiling through a grimaced toothy grin then bursting into tears at home will fully understand. Nothing is too much trouble. Now been with them about 18months no intention of moving & the offers are still regular & great. Well done to all the girls & boys at Octopus

THIS IS A GREAT SALON!!!
From the moment you walk in you're made to feel really welcome and comfortable. Everyone is catered for, from kids to oldies. All the staff are really friendly and they're great at what they do! Dana, the manager is always up to date with the latest thing and is really hot on staff training. I have my hair cut by Helinne who's the youngest member of the team and she's an amazing stylist. I always LOVE my hair when I walk out! The salon is really easy to find with plenty of parking nearby, and the online booking system is really convenient and easy to use. And they make a mean cup of tea too! What more could you ask for? I whole heartedly recommend this salon (even for hairdresser-phobes!)
