Great Sofa, Excellent Customer Service
I purchased a sofa from this company (Odeon)over 8 years ago and it is still perfect. It is made well and the removable covers wash and dry great. The company contact every two years to check the durability and satisfaction of my sofa also with offers of replacement covers and/or refill feather/fibre for the cushions. I am only now 8 years on looking to replace the covers, that are still durable however I am looking to change the colour. I would buy all my sofas from this company in future.

Substandard sofas
I have purchased two different types of sofas from this company. Both sofas after two years are falling to pieces. They are not prepared to do anything to rectify the problems with the sofas I purchased. If you are looking for sofas to last longer than two years then please purchase a sofa from another sofa company.
