Founded in 1999 and based in Hertfordshire, we have managed campaigns for some of the biggest names on the UK high street. Much of our work has been customer recruitment focused, but the services we offer range from: field sales campaigns, field marketing and the many disciplines that fall under its banner, through to ‘experiential' activities where the primary focus is to provide the customer with a memorable and positive brand experience. Sometimes projects are required to crossover all three disciplines.
Starting with a clear understanding of the deliverables we work with clients to build a suitable solution, whether it's a short term or tactical campaign or if it's a long term outsourcing project. We manage projects from end to end: from venue or store selection, staff uniforms and point of sale materials, training and field supervision, as well as hands on account management, supported by tailored data solutions and management information reporting and not forgetting compliance and governance.
We have a sizeable database of field-based sales staff and brand ambassadors covering the whole of the UK, which gives clients the ability to scale activity with relative ease. We employ 25 staff at our head office with 6 field based regional managers. Depending on the project, we also have client specific area team leaders who are there to ensure consistent first class delivery of our services.
Our work can take place in various types of venues, it all depends on the client and the project. The venue types include retail stores, shopping centres, airports, motorway service stations, at major retailers, consumer shows and exhibitions or worksite marketing.
Many clients use our services as a very effective way of engaging with customers, often supplementing existing in-house customer communication channels. Many services and products can be very effectively presented through advertising and sold on the internet or over the phone, but as often as not face-to-face is the best way to explain how a product or service works or to raise brand awareness in a retail environment. Giving customers multiple brand touch points through an integrated campaign that uses different marketing channels provides the greatest reach. There are obvious synergies when multiple channels are used in a campaign.
We provide field sales, field marketing, brand experience and staff training services across the UK. We have a proven track record across these disciplines. Our success stems from our hands-on approach and the meticulous planning that is required for each brand campaign. However, the people that we employ to represent our clients are the key and we are proud to have the 2013 Brand Ambassador of the Year working for us.
