Their business philosophy is apparently "built around accountability and on earning the trust of our clients." It's hard to build up that trust when they completely rip you off. They uploaded pirated software on to my laptop that completely wrecked it. I managed to get a full refund only after reporting them to Mircosoft and Trading Standards who, by the way, are still investigating the issue of the illegal software. Rude, confrontational and completely unprofessional. They also have a shop in Aston Fields, Bromsgrove above Haircare by Paul.
