Who is OJ Williams Accounting Ltd?

OJ Williams Accounting Limited is run by myself; Owen Williams, from my home, in Wallington.

I set up the company back in 2014 to offer flexible accounting and taxation services at a fair price. I work from home so that I can keep costs low. I don't have a trendy office or employ someone to run my twitter feed – who wants tweets from their Accountant? Instead I have invested in good quality accounting software and systems. This means I can offer competitive prices without cutting the quality of service you receive.

And unlike some other accounting firms where you may deal with a ‘team' of different part-qualified accountants each time you call, when you work with OJ Williams Accounting you will always work direct with me.

Did you know that a firm can call itself ‘accountants' even if they do not hold any qualifications? Only when you work with a ‘Chartered Accountants' you can be sure that you are dealing with qualified professionals.

So, who am I? I am an ACA qualified chartered accountant, with over nine years experience. I gained my qualification with PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Investment Management department in London.

Since then I have worked as a Financial Controller at a private equity company performing the accounting function for many companies across a wide range of industries and countries. I have gained lots of experience in compiling and submitting company accounts, performing full company secretarial functions, company tax returns and personal tax returns for partners and management.

OJ Williams Accounting's clients range from new start ups to established medium sized businesses across a variety of different industries.
