Rude, bad unfinished tattoo, unclean

Honestly disgusting service from this tattoo studio today. Had a simple line tattoo done by the apprentice, Eve who has been tattooing for over 6 months now and has passed her provisional stage of her apprenticeship. My girlfriend we were so polite to the artist when enquiring about the wobbly lines on the tattoo. I felt aweful bring it up but it needed to be done. The result of this ended up with the co owner Frank telling me that I get what I pay for and many of the other artists were rude, swearing and shouting because I simply asked about the wobbly line. Frank asked eve if she wanted to finish the tattoo and she said no. We had to beg to get my arm cleaned before leaving the studio. We came back shortly to try to come up with a resolution, I was met by yelling and told to f off by Lianne and the door was shut in my girlfriend's face whilst also trapping her foot in the door when she asked to get my deposit back. Would not recommend this place unless you like being shouted at and treated disgustingly. Btw this is my second tattoo and would never go back. Yes I understand that Eve is an apprentice and learning but the tattoo was not going to be cheap. I had seen very good work done by her in the past and I diddnt expect this to this to happen as all we asked is for a thicker line to be done to cover up the wobbly lines as I diddnt want dark shading to cover it up.
