The Old Lodge

Set in the heart of Minchinhampton Common, well away from main roads and with unrivalled views of the Cotswolds, The Old Lodge is the perfect place to take it easy. The floor to ceiling windows in the restaurant offer stunning views of the beautiful common land and the cattle that graze nearby. With locally sourced food and drink, our menu is now packed with a la carte-style dishes by head chef Tamas, who designs a regularly changing menu of international cuisine.

The Old Lodge also has 6 recently refurbished double rooms that are stylish, comfortable and guarantee a great night's sleep. All come equipped with wireless broadband, digital LCD TV and breakfast as standard. Making it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday or place to stay and unwind on a business trip.

Wedding and Functions

The Old Lodge is a wonderful venue for a party. We have a restaurant that can seat 85 and cosier dining rooms for parties of 8 to 24, so we can cater for pretty much any occasion. The beauty of The Old Lodge and the surrounding countryside makes it a stunning venue for wedding receptions, and we can provide a bespoke or set menu, depending on what you want. We also have a gorgeous garden for alfresco dining and a semi-permanent marquee to provide a bit of extra cover against that notoriously unreliable British weather.
