There service is shit they have had my tv for over nine months know i have been in touch with the police and trading standards I will take legal action against this company and they don't rate a rating so don't have anything to do with them they are ripping people off

repair
gave my tv to be repaired 13/04/15 they said it was ready and I still haven't got it back service no good number diverts to kings Norton carpentry now have my doubts now 24 hrs then going to the police and tradeing standards Birmingham unless this is sorted

Terrible
I have been ringing for 3 weeks now and still have no answer. I gave them my telly as the circuit board had gone and 3months later it has gone again , I have warranty on it so I am not paying elsewhere. 3 weeks later and they still haven't got back to me !!!! 3weeks without a telly , come on !!!!!!!!!!! Terrible service
