We specialize in the teaching of Roger Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing and Taekwondo, as well this we are Oxfordshire’s premier M.M.A facility. Classes at all levels and ages for both sexes Our facility boasts a full Olympic size boxing ring and the only 28 ft cage in the U.K. We are constantly extending the range of classes we teach and are very happy to invite all and any to try one of our classes for free.
