Unprofessional and ineffective

Called Omega to treat Clusterflies in the loft, quoted a price range and given an appointment time and date. Had a call on the day to say they would be late, so they arrived late, took a look at the infestation and said it would be the highest part of the quote to guarantee eradication. A polite and seemingly knowledgeable service completed and said if the flies are active after 28 days, to call them back for a free (part of the guarantee) re-treatment. Flies were still active, so called to arrange the re-treatment, they said they would call me back, waited a day and no call back, called again and got through to an answerphone, left a message and again, no one called me back. Called them from a different phone and got through to them, arranged a re-treatment time and date. The day and time came and past and they didn't show, tried to get through to them and only got an answerphone again for a few hours, eventually got hold of someone and was told the guy was unwell and that no one would be coming out and they would get someone to call me back for a new time and date, that I was top of their list. Waited a couple of days, no one called me back. After leaving a couple of messages on the answerphone and no call back, I used a different phone and got through to them, arranged a new day and time, the day and time came and went, with another no show and no contact with me at all to explain (the 2nd time I've waited at home for them not to show, very frustrating) again I tried to call them, only to get the answerphone. 2 months since the first failed treatment, which I paid for, I still have the infestation. The people maybe polite when you can get hold of them, but the service has been extremely unprofessional and I can't help but feel they have taken my money and ran.
