After using ontime for many years I find myself never using them again. On Christmas Eve I left a Christmas card in a pre ordered taxi, containing money and another sentimental item. Once I'd realised I called ontime immediately and was told to call back, in total I called 7 times expanding my predicament, Each time I was told that I would get called back but never did. After 48 hours of calling and waiting I called agian, asking if the card had been found as I was 100% sure id left it in the taxi, to which I had a extremely rude and arrogant operator who told me to stop calling as they was busy and if I was that desperate for a Christmas card he would Send me one himself. This company clearly don't care about it's customers as I've been one of them for over 10 years and look how I was treated. Please take caution because yes they are always 'on time' but if you ever leave something behind you will find they have 'no time' for you.
