The inspiring lady that runs Open Mind Hypnotherapy has really made a difference in my life. I was going through a very stressful time due to a change in my circumstances at home and I went to see Helen for a 2 hour session. I really would recommend Open Mind Hypnotherapy to anyone and everyone as I think we are all guilty of neglecting the health of our minds.
